Academy4Africa is a pan-African program that selects and trains young African talents, placing them in paid 12-month professional internships. The program offers comprehensive professional training, individual mentoring, and support throughout the journey. The Services offered aim to transform young African talents into professionals ready for the job market while strengthening their engagement and career development.
Our terms of service (the "Terms of Service") are the sole document governing our contractual relationship. They define the terms of use of our Services through the Academy4Africa program as well as the respective obligations of the parties.

You are responsible for your use of the Services and any information you share in this context. You undertake that the Services are used exclusively by you, in accordance with the objectives of the Academy4Africa program.
We undertake to provide the Services with diligence, it being specified that we are bound by an obligation of means.
We undertake to provide the services defined herein with diligence, according to the rules of the art and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
We implement best efforts to guarantee the security and wellbeing of all program participants, in accordance with our Safeguarding Policy.
You can unsubscribe from the Academy4Africa program by sending us a request to the contact details mentioned in the article "Who Are We?" or through your Account. Termination is effective immediately. You no longer have access to your Account from the end of the Services.

Our Terms of Service are governed by Mauritian law.
In case of a dispute between us, and in the absence of an amicable agreement within 2 months following the first notification, it will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mauritius, except for mandatory provisions to the contrary.
